90 Day Personal Coaching Program – Free Member Only Privilege –
This national YMCA fitness program helps the new or returning person commit to exercising three times per week in a safe and supportive environment. Specially trained Healthy Lifestyle Counselors work with you to develop a realistic personal exercise plan to ensure your success. Throughout the 12 weeks, you will have three scheduled one-on-one appointments with a Fitness Professional and one group session with a Nutrition Specialist learning about your metabolism and weight management.
