Aquatics Programs
Open Swim and Family Swim – Open swim is open for all ages of kids, adults and families. For safety, please see the Youth Policy for our facility (and open swim). Family swim is reserved for family swim time, so parents will need to be in the pool with their children regardless of age.
Water Wellness, Adult Exercise and Water Aerobic Classes – These classes are for adults interested in a low impact aerobic class excellent for strengthing and toning muscles without much pressure on the joints. From beginners to advanced, these classes will give you the workout you desire without as much joint pain as traditional workouts.
Adult Tranquility Swim – With only the underwater pool lights on, this quiet time of lounging in the water provides much needed peace and tranquility at the beginning or the end of the day.
Arthritis Classes – A zero impact class focusing on specific movements of joints and large muscle groups to facilitate mobility and range of motion. This program is endorsed by the Arthritis Foundation.

Swimming Lessons – swimming lessons are available for all ages and abilities. For more information, visit Swimming Lessons.
Prenatal Fitness – A medically proven program of stretching, flexibility, muscle tone and aerobic activity done in the water to help Moms-to-be prepare for delivery. This gentle, low-intensity class will develop a modest level of fitness or maintain an already existing fitness level. Contact Membership Services at 360.885.9622 to sign up today.
